What You’ll be doing:

  • Manage conference operations and provide exceptional support to all attendees, focusing on flawless registration and customer service.

  • Develop and maintain world-class registration websites using online event management software, incorporating multiple workflows for diverse audience types.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, such as technology providers for registration and onsite services, ensuring strict adherence to scope and budget.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, creative services, technical teams, and marketing to successfully implement seamless event execution. Serve as the internal point of contact for all registration-related information

  • Coordinate logistics including onsite requirements, setup, teardown, staffing, training, and post-event satisfaction surveys and reports.

  • Tailor and produce reports to effectively convey registration data to colleagues within the organization.

What we need to see:

  • We are seeking an individual with a strong attention to detail, who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate event marketing and conferences. Experience in the PC, high tech, or gaming industry is preferred.

  • Strong project management, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise information tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Technical proficiency and experience configuring/managing event registration platforms, including logic, rules, and fields within systems.

  • Ability to solve problems, think creatively, make decisions independently, and take action with sound judgment.

  • Capable of maintaining a professional and positive attitude while working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating adaptability, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel for week-long periods approximately four-five times per year, and ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift heavy boxes (30+ lbs.).

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 149,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
