As a key member of the NVIDIA WWFO Enterprise pricing team, the Senior Pricing Lead will have the complete responsibility for Jetson pricing operations including formulating pricing strategy, managing escalations, and pricing program and initiatives. What you'll be doing:

Lead pricing operations for the embedded Jetson business, including:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategy to drive growth.

  • Work closely with segment sales and account managers to close strategic pricing deals.

  • Create, publish, and maintain product price lists to key Nvidia partners.

  • Establish and operationalize brand-new pricing programs such as ship and debit.

  • Use pricing data and analytics to influence pricing strategy and pricing programs.

  • Apply sound business judgement to assess partner incentive strategy and deal discounting decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing initiatives.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years relevant experience in semiconductor industry.

  • Experience in designing and implementing ship and debit program, hands on knowledge with distribution pricing and inventory management.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field. MBA, preferred.

  • Experience working with pricing, quote-to-cash systems and advanced business/pricing models, complex data management, reporting, data analysis and modeling in high tech.

  • Demonstrate the ability and the willingness to learn in new environment. Ability to thinking critically and identify critical issues associated with sophisticated deals.

  • Proficient at communicating across multi-functional teams. Enterprise software industry knowledge and proficiency in IT infrastructure technologies.

  • Knowledge with tools such as Excel, Salesforce CPQ, and SAP; strong familiarity with Tableau or other dashboarding tools.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior experience with price modeling and pricing strategy implementation.

  • Deals desk/price negotiation expertise. Knowledge with DPA, distribution pricing, and distribution inventory program.

  • Background in product management and product marketing. Tactical pricing skills in a high-tech setting.

  • Self-motivated with a high EQ coupled with an interest in growth and continuous learning.

  • Outstanding business proficiency, analytical skills, and a strong inclination for critical thinking. A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills are crucial.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 207,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
