We are looking for Senior Software QA Engineer to provide world class support to our Enterprise and OEM customers. Strong Windows OS knowledge and in-depth experience with various Linux Distribution (such as Redhat, Ubuntu, CentOS, SuSe, Fedora, etc). Extensive experience setting up virtualized environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work with software developers, program managers, OEMS and Enterprise customers to investigate customer reported issues, assist in root cause determination, and verify reported defects are fixed.

  • You will setup complex virtualized environments.

  • Replicate Linux based reported issues.

  • Analyze and integrate customer provided code and logs to replicate issues reported.

  • You will help triage, isolate, and resolve reported problems.

  • Develop and implement software tools that improves productivity.

What We Need To See:

  • Extensive experience with virtualized environments such as VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V, KVM, AWS, Azure.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Linux kernels and driver stacks (Redhat, Ubuntu, CentOS, SuSe, Fedora, etc).

  • Deep understanding of the Windows OS.

  • Strong understanding of networking, storage, memory/resource management, and data center infrastructure domain.

  • Extensive scripting using Python required.

  • Deep knowledge of PC architecture, supercomputers, and computer clusters.

  • Strong interest in or knowledge of CUDA, OpenCL, and deep learning.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • BS /MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 5 years or more experience.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Strong interest and knowledge of Generative AI and various LLMs.

  • Automation experience using C/C++, Ansible, Java, JavaScript.

  • Experience in NVIDIA GPU Computing.
