NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Global Channel Partner Programs to join the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) team. In this role, you will not only lead a team to build and implement strategic partner program initiatives, you will also directly implement and manage key strategic program initiatives. to accelerate sales.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in driving the implementation of complex global Channel Partner Program strategies, incentives, and key program metrics and has a comprehensive understanding of partner business models and the market landscape!

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the management of Global Channel Partner Programs.

  • Oversee a team of Channel Program Managers to effectively manage channel programs.

  • Serve as a business owner and subject matter authority on partner program methodologies and industry trends.

  • Partner with sales leadership, business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and develop key program initiatives that achieve business goals.

  • Develop partner program processes to increase ease of doing business with NVIDIA.

  • Drive partner program business reviews with business leaders, delivering metrics and compliance status.

  • Participate in developing the communication strategy to increase program awareness in support of improvements, compliance, and general updates.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ overall years of Channel Partner Program management experience spanning the partner ecosystem,

  • 8+ years in a Channel Partner Program leadership role, or combination partner program management, partner marketing, or channel development experience, in a global capacity.

  • Validated experience developing and running successful multi-tier global Channel Partner Programs, which include solution focused segmentation, partner differentiation, training and enablement, and incentive programs.

  • Extensive knowledge of the Partner ecosystem, business models, and market landscape.

  • The ability to lead multiple priority projects to closure along with the ability to build positive relationships and engage across all levels in the organization and with Channel Partners.

  • Someone who is willing to dive in and take charge of delivering projects, ensuring timelines are met, and directly tracking project progress.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
