We are seeking an Internal Communications Senior Manager to partner with our Site Services, Finance, and Legal teams. The successful candidate will use a variety of tools to create and deliver communications that convey messages clearly, succinctly and that are aligned with our culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the larger Corporate Marketing and HR orgs on listening and engagement activity for various company events, including quarterly company meetings and exec site visits. They will work closely with senior leaders and other key stakeholders in planning and communicating major change projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with Site Services, Legal, and Finance teams to provide internal comms support and guidance, including leading comms creation and delivery, and longer-term strategic communications.

• Help support the creation of material supporting senior execs doing internal comms.

• Support responding to Suggestion Box questions in conjunction with senior leaders and other functions.

• Partner with site communications stakeholders globally and look at opportunities to increase collaboration and efficiency as the business scales.

• Measure and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of internal communications activities, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Support the internal communications lead during issues management communications.

• Lead internal communications change projects to help improve the employee experience and inspire NVIDIANs globally.

What we need to see

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years demonstrated ability in internal comms, corporate comms, or a related field, preferably in a global technology company.

• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages for various audiences and channels.

• Strong project management and organizational skills - able to lead multiple projects and priorities.

• Analytical and data-driven, with experience measuring and evaluating the impact of internal comms activities.

• Knowledge and understanding of the latest internal communications trends, tools and technologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft O365 (including SharePoint), and Google Workspace.

The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD.
