In your role as the Director of TPM (Technical Program Manager) and Geo Manager within our global IT PMO team, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of programs and projects related to Infrastructure, Automation, AI, Enterprise applications, Data, and Cloud in the corporate IT domain. Your responsibilities will include clarifying and scrutinizing objectives, crafting roadmaps, evaluating complexity and risks, addressing obstacles, and collaborating with a team of highly skilled technical professionals to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and swiftly.

Collaborating with senior IT leaders, you will be accountable for the worldwide implementation of our IT enterprise strategies and programs, ensuring adherence to our PMO processes through consistent and timely execution. Your role will involve evaluating the health of programs, offering insights for necessary corrections, and facilitating the prompt resolution of issues as they arise. In the capacity of Geo Manager, your role involves serving as a liaison, representing the CIO and their leadership team in interactions with local site leaders. This includes managing service encouraging close teamwork and engagement, and participating in site-level leadership forums.

What you'll be doing:

  • Formulate the roadmap and coordinate the implementation of a diverse range of IT Programs and projects.

  • Engage with regional business owners to comprehend the business roadmap, priorities, and facilitate the alignment of IT operations with business objectives.

  • Regularly connect with team members to lead expectations and provide project updates on scope, budget, and velocity.

  • Champion regional Initiative prioritization, aiding in the management and delivery of established standards and processes.

  • Propel consensus on standard methodologies in sourcing strategy, MSP utilization, and metric and SLO measurement.

  • Handle RESS/Space planning across the geography.

  • Collaborate with partners and the procurement team for contracts and negotiation strategies.

  • Implement IT policies and practices in the region, considering country-specific regulatory requirements.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related technical field or equivalent experience.

  • 15+ Years of IT experience, 10+ years of experience successfully leading technical programs in a fast paced, multifaceted, enterprise environment with at least 3+ years’ experience as a geo lead.

  • Technical capability in Infrastructure, RESS/Build concepts, AI concepts including Generative AI, AIops, SecOps, Enterprise search products.

  • Business Intelligence/visualization tools experience.

  • Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.

  • Ability to engage with IT & business leaders to unblock/advance projects as needed.

  • Ability to thrive within an agile framework.

  • Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones.
