What you'll be doing:

• Developing comprehensive product strategies aligned with manufacturing objectives, linking product engineering and software development teams.

• Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to seamlessly integrate manufacturing requirements into the product development lifecycle.

• Leading significant software projects emphasizing scalability and reliability, ensuring alignment with manufacturing goals and strategies.

• Leveraging big data insights to optimize decision-making in product development and manufacturing strategies.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience in manufacturing-oriented product management.

• 8+ years of experience in product management, demonstrating successful delivery of products in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, understanding their implications on product design and development.

• Experience working collaboratively with engineering, operations, and software teams to drive successful product software tools.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with a methodical problem-solving approach.

• Advanced skills in creating comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, configurations, and performance analysis reports.
