To support the rapid expansion of our supply chain, we are seeking a highly motivated Inventory Control Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. The Inventory Control Analyst plays a critical role in the organization, responsible for managing our inventory control systems, and implementing inventory policies, objectives and initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including finance, fulfillment, production and factory planning, service operations, marketing and engineering teams, to ensure efficient supply chain operations. The inventory control analyst will report under Planning and Logistics group and work to enhance inventory accuracy while identifying and resolving weaknesses and discrepancies in our inventory management processes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with different finance and operations teams to design and implement inventory tracking systems to optimize inventory control procedures.

  • Oversee regular inventory control metrics and drive for continuous improvement.

  • Organize and perform first line audits of inventory control processes world-wide and provide training material to stakeholders.

  • Work collaboratively with Finance and SOX team to organize annual audits to ensure that the inventory control processes are implemented properly.

What we need to see:

  • BS (or equivalent experience) plus 5+ years experience in supply chain management or finance

  • Knowledge of design and implementation of inventory tracking system for a multi-tier supply chain and distribution network which include but not limited to the below:

    • Design and implement weekly reconciliation and/or cycle count regimens

    • Work with stakeholders to review root causes and prevention actions against inventory discrepancies

    • Work with stakeholders to improvement overall inventory accuracy and efficiency

    • Tracking of aging inventory and coordinating for disposition

  • Proficient in basic cost accounting concept like cost of goods sold and inventory valuation etc.

  • Experience in working with Inventory managements modules in Enterprise Resource Planning system like SAP and Oracle

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in implementing inventory control procedures in a 3PL distribution network for computer and/or data center product

  • Experience in implementing inventory control procedures for Contract Electronic Manufacturer

  • Experience in conducting on-site audit with finance or external auditors

  • Good active listening skills and quick in learning new knowledge

  • High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a collaborative environment

The base salary range is 76,000 USD - 178,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
