NVIDIA has an opportunity for a Compliance Specialist (Deemed Export) to join our HR Global Compliance and Immigration team. The Compliance Specialist will play a key role in supporting compliance with export regulations. You will serve as the HR main point of contact to BU leaders, global trade legal team, new hires, recruiters, employees, and HR teams on all matters related to Deemed Export and HR Compliance. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of U.S. Deemed Export processes, including: management of license lifecycle, screening of deemed export forms, and assessment of license requirements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a subject matter authority for deemed export

  • Improve internal export compliance processes and procedures

  • Develop technology solutions within HRIS and IT systems

  • Stay up to date on regulatory changes and best practices

  • Deliver internal Deemed Export training

  • Partner with internal legal teams and external vendors

  • Build internal guidelines, procedures, and communication for compliance programs

  • Assist with adjacent HR Compliance programs as needed

What we need to see:

  • 4+ years of HR/Compliance experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm and confidentiality

  • Effective teamwork, co-operation, and communication skills

The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 149,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
