We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Architect & ServiceNow Authority who will play an integral role in bridging our business objectives with the robust capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. In this position, you will:

What you'll be doing:

  • Champion the optimization of business processes, ensuring they align seamlessly with our product's capabilities. You'll be at the forefront of delivering streamlined workflows, enhancing our service catalog, and developing impactful Performance Indicator models. Your focus will be on nurturing innovative reporting and analytics solutions, as well as implementing versatile no/low code automation strategies.

  • Lead the charge in fostering innovation and efficiency within our workflows. Your role will be pivotal in introducing new practices that not only enhance user experiences but also drive our operational efficiency forward. We're looking for someone who can leverage the full potential of the ServiceNow platform, aligning it closely with our strategic business goals.

  • Collaborate effectively with our engineering and UX teams, playing a key role in refining and implementing user-centric solutions. Your guidance will help process owners adhere to the highest standards, both technically and functionally. We value your expertise in ensuring that ServiceNow is seamlessly integrated into our wider technology landscape.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, reflecting a commitment to continual learning or equivalent experience.

  • At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a passion for enhancing and architecting business processes.

  • A deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and modules, with a talent for no/low code automation and workflow optimization.

  • Strong communication skills, with a knack for articulating complex processes in a clear, inclusive, and collaborative manner.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Subject Matter Expert in business process architecture within a ServiceNow environment.

  • Certifications such as ServiceNow Developer and Implementation Specialist, showcasing your dedication to professional growth.

  • Your diverse technical background, especially if it includes other IT Service Management software and Python scripting.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 230,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
