This role will help establish and lead the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program within the NVIDIA corporate Information Security organization, responsible for the prioritization, alignment and execution of initiatives providing oversight, leadership and support to teams working toward a diverse set of security objectives. What you'll be doing:

The Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Analyst is responsible for establishing, identifying, measuring, and reporting both internally within NVIDIA and externally with partners, and vendors. This position will work across multiple internal departments to establish and mature the BCP/DR program. This role will report to the BCP/DR Program Manager and will actively collaborate with Legal, IT, HR, Commercial, and Operations functions.

  • Establish relationships, advocate, and advise multiple NVIDIA internal functional and business groups on areas of cybersecurity.

  • Define, run and lead the BCP/DR risk register, risk treatment, reporting process.

  • Support evolution of the BCP/DR processes.

  • Lead BCP/DR program.

  • Work with teams in operations, security, and IT to build security metric reporting and leadership dashboards.

What we need to see:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) or PhD

  • MBCP, CISM, CISSP, PMP

  • 3+ Years of Experience in Information Technology preferably in Cybersecurity

  • Preferably at least 5+ years’ experience in IT/Information Security.

  • Proven experience implementing and overseeing BCP/DR governance, IT/DR Planning, Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Strategies, Incident Response, Awareness and Training Programs and coordination with External Agencies.

  • Proven experience applying / assessing against common security and controls frameworks: FAIR, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO27001 (or equivalent).

  • Proficiency with common risk management tools: ZenGRC, One Trust, ServiceNow, or similar.

  • Experience leading and presenting BCP/DR processes including risk register, continuous improvements and metrics/trends.

  • Experience (5+ years) BCP/DR experience leading a team and operationalized BCP/DR program.

  • Background in a BCP/DR lead capacity, providing mentorship and direction to team members on risk and security issues.

The base salary range is 118,400 USD - 195,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
