As a Senior Technical Program Manager in our global IT PMO team, you will be accountable for strategic programs within the end user support space focusing on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate is excellent in helping clients adopt and work within an Agile framework, working with a great team of technical resources to support the global employee base. We are looking for a tech savvy resource that can deliver new functionality, innovate solutions and help drive Agile Maturity within NVIDIA IT.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive program management best practices with respect to leading Service Now Platform and end user support projects:

    • Build, manage and execute program roadmap, stage delivery plans while managing inter and intra program level dependencies.

    • Provide timely accurate program updates to various stakeholders.

    • Ensure that teams and programs are run through the creation of controls that optimize delivery, minimize risk, and increase efficiency.

    • Manage interaction with 3rd party vendors to track deliverables.

    • Ensure continuous improvement by establishing quick feedback cycles that leverage data driven metrics to identify areas of improvement.

    • Facilitate cross team, cross department initiatives, and manage complex dependencies.

    • Partners with business and technical leaders to deliver, maintain, and support enterprise-wide solutions.

    • Experience with implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology is a must. Experience operating in Agile software development and SDLC.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in developing and delivery of enterprise-level solutions. Experience managing Agile/Scrum/SAFe projects in a fast paced, multifaceted, enterprise environment with at least 5 years’ experience with the Service Now Platform

  • Certified Scrum Master, PMI or equivalent preferred project management certification as a plus.

  • Proven track record of continuous improvement to enable higher performing program/organizations and/or teams with improved business and customer outcomes

  • Proven track record of delivering complex solutions, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.

  • Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones.

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
