Sales Onboarding Program Manager
NVIDIA's enterprise field team is growing, and we are in search of an outstanding Sales Onboarding Program Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional who can improve our onboarding process, build high-quality training materials, and develop key sales assets for our outstanding sales organization.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our field organization. This role is based at our Santa Clara headquarters and requires close collaboration with sales leadership, partner managers, and Sales Enablement Managers. The primary goal is to equip our teams with the knowledge and skills needed to enable partners and promote NVIDIA solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
Design and continually improve the onboarding program for the Enterprise Field sales team, covering sales skills, processes, and product knowledge.
Apply your creativity and sales training expertise to build impactful training materials for students and instructors, including presentations, course outlines, background materials, exercises, and assessments.
Implement systems to measure and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of onboarding program.
Recommend and run appropriate tools and integrations to improve training retention and application.

Successful track record in planning and running sophisticated, cross-functional programs and events.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and quickly grasp new concepts.

Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-impact results.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
12+ years of experience in sales, training, sales enablement, marketing, or a related field.
