We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer in NVIDIA’s Deep Learning Libraries for Automotive team. At NVIDIA, we are building the system, hardware, and software technology that enables autonomous driving. Our deep learning libraries team is currently searching for a Senior Software Engineer in Deep Learning Libraries to help develop optimized code for accelerating as well as validating deep learning operations on NVIDIA GPUs. These libraries form an integral part of the autonomous driving stack. You should have strong programming skills, a good grasp of Hardware and Software Architectures, experience with software development processes, and exposure to software testing and writing reliable software.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working with the deep learning engineering teams within NVIDIA to ensure the reliability of their software.

  • Designing and implementing testing frameworks for NVIDIA Deep Learning Inference software stack.

  • Collaborating with software QA teams to improve overall test coverage.

What we need to see:

  • Masters or PhD degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Math, or a related field

  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience

  • Strong C++ programming and software design skills, including debugging, performance analysis, and test design

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior experience with verification techniques for parallel programs.

  • Experience with performance modeling, profiling, and code optimization.

  • CUDA or OpenCL GPU programming experience.

The base salary range is $176,000 - $333,500. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
