NVIDIA Networking is looking for a Project Manager for the Product Management & Configuration Team.

NVIDIA Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. What you'll be doing:

  • Define, develop and lead a process and push for ongoing process improvement initiatives and implement best practices

  • Responsible to coordinate between all project partners such as Production teams, R&D, Testing, Marketing, IS, etc. from initial requirements definition through development to execution; define project scope and schedule

  • Drive the ability to reach managerial data-based decisions, highlight issues and risks in project execution, and drive for rapid mitigation.

  • The Program Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing methodologies, and Project Management processes and tools.

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc in Industrial Engineering.

  • At least 4+ years of experience in Project Management in a multi disciplinary (HW & SW) company

  • Personal skills: excellent interpersonal skills, teammate, independent, responsible, proactive, ability to lead people and tasks from end to end without authority

  • Background with product BOM (Bill of Material), Change Control management & Product Configuration

  • Experience with Project management tools (e.g. MS Project/JIRA)

  • Sharp thinking and good decision-making skills

  • Working on US time several days a week (18:00~23:00 IL time)

  • Ability to manage project’s schedule and track deadlines to closure

  • Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment

  • Microsoft Office tools - Excellent control in Word, Excel and PowerPoint tools

  • Languages: English - Good writing and reading skills. Good verbal skills

Ways to stand out from a crowd:

  • Technical understanding & knowledge (Electronics/Mechanical)

  • Familiar with PDM tool - Agile system

  • Background with ERP & BI systems

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks
