We are looking for an experienced, bright, focused, analytical, and motivated Chip production Manager to take a full ownership for the Chip supply chain and suppliers management in order to meet customer demands.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage Chip supply chain and relationships with suppliers.

• Manage the OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) activities closely; allocation and adjustment, WIP, lot release monitor, Operation team meeting, execution/follow up.

• Working alongside with the R&D team on production and NPI projects

• Production plan execution to secure the needed INV levels and availability to meet customer’s demand.

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industry

• Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor industry (Fabless company – benefit)

• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint

• Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment.
