What you'll be doing:

NVIDIA Supply Chain IT is looking for Procurement- CLM and Logistics Execution BSA (Business Systems Analysts) focusing on to join our growing team in Santa Clara, CA. You will own the effort to craft and develop system solutions in Docusign for supporting the demand from CLM team and enhancements to implement in the logistics area within SAP ECC, S4 HANA.

  • Partner with procurement leadership to ensure our CLM systems and processes enable their team to deliver world class support and to our global internal customers while staying compliant.

  • Work with Logistics and Transportation team to consistently transform solutions that will help achieve end to end transparency of shipment globally while streamlining the process.

  • Define, prioritize, plan, architect and complete complex and impactful projects integrating to other SAP or external systems.

  • Interface on a day-to-day basis with analysts, business leadership, external partners, development, integration experts and reporting team members to support business operations.

  • Plan and conduct testing and training, both internally and externally and co-ordinate migration of the changes across system landscapes

  • Work with the onsite-offshore resources in different time zones to prioritize, coordinate and implement small to medium size projects.

  • Continually mentor the implementation team with the best industry practices solutions and methodologies.

What we need to see:

  • MBA or MS degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 8+ years of overall experience with core focus on CLM solutions and logistics and transportation solutions

  • Deep understanding of Docusign or other CLM tools, SAP S4 HANA Logistics and Transportation modules with at least 2 implementation experience

  • Strong business knowledge and consistent record in implementing solution in the CLM and Logistics Transportation process

  • Working experience in building reporting solutions and integration with 3rd party systems

  • Creative problem-solving ability in dynamic and sophisticated business environment

  • Good social and excellent teammate skills, able to mediate disagreement, recognize options, propose and implement solutions.

  • Shown to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in Docusign CLM implementation and integration to other procurement and ERP systems.

  • Experience in Strategic freight management and integrations to carriers, Transportation Planning and execution, Freight costing and settlement, Logistics Control Tower and dangerous goods management

  • Project management experience and skills

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated solutions in simple terms.

The base salary range is $128,000 - $230,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
