NVIDIA is looking for an ASIC methodology manager who will be responsible for developing new features and optimizing silicon validation flow & process to improve productization work efficiency and quality. The qualified candidate needs to have strong programming skills, communication skills, broad ASIC design and system feature development knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop new system features architecture, and drive the design for productization, including new feature prototype studies, ROI analysis, new solution proposal, use case analysis and process enhancement.

  • Develop, supervise and refine new features development plans included roadmap proposal, team staffing, schedules, and contingencies. Test all plans against precision.

  • Continually identify and communicate the most critical priorities on the projects. Lead the team to complete those priorities.

  • Champion a culture of excellence, continuous process improvement, including automation and corrective actions.

  • Engage the cross-function teams to achieve the highest levels of product performance and quality. Align all parties with clear requirements and timelines.

What We Need To See:

  • Over 15 years of overall relevant experience with at least 5 years of management experience in the semi-conductor industry.

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineer or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  • Detailed knowledge of GPU and SOC architectures. Clear understanding of technical challenges that must be met to deliver industry leading platforms.

  • Proven record at Power Architecture, Clocks/Circuit Design, and Bounding-Box definition. Strong understanding of system validation equipment, engineering tools and standard methodologies. Alert to industry trends and opportunities for improved product development.

  • Ability to empower and lead the team to tackle sophisticated System/HW/SW integration challenges.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills, organizational capabilities, and collaborative and interpersonal skills.
