Description
The Digital Planner will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and optimizing digital treatments using CAD software and other specialized tools. This role requires both technical skills and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively in a dynamic, ever-evolving, and innovative environment. As a Planner I, you are beginning your journey in digital orthodontic treatment planning. In this entry-level role, you will complete assigned CAD or legacy tasks under close supervision, follow established workflows, and begin developing your understanding of clinical fundamentals and digital setup processes.
This role is ideal for curious individuals who are passionate about learning, have an innovative mindset, and are willing to tackle new challenges with creativity and a collaborative spirit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete assigned CAD or legacy tasks accurately and on time.
- Follow SOPs, workflows, and protocols under supervision.
- Communicate blockers using basic English or translation tools.
- Escalate unclear cases or errors to leads or supervisors.
- Participate actively in onboarding, training, and feedback sessions.
- Learn to identify obvious errors in 3D treatment plans.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Maintain a proactive, flexible, and continuous improvement-oriented attitude.
Education and Experience
- Academic background in: Technical Drawing, CAD Design, 3D Design, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in CAD software and digital design tools (previous experience in 3D modeling is a plus).
- Intermediate English skills (desirable for understanding technical documentation and global processes).
- Previous experience/knowledge in Scrum (desirable, but not essential).
- Acute attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Able to work in a team and follow structured guidance.
