Integrations Product Owner
Language I/O
The Integrations Product Owner will be an essential member of the Product Management Team. The primary mission for this role is to become a trusted member of the scrum team. As the team’s product representative, the role will bridge the gap between Language IO customers and our engineering team to quickly convey and clarify business requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
More specifically, this role will drive the development and enhancement of our CRM Integrations. This individual will be responsible for developing a consistent and seamless multilingual customer experience across a variety of CRMs, telephony platforms, and channels. The turn-key apps that we build for market-leading CRMs will deliver Language I/O’s high-quality translations and other multilingual agent efficiency tools directly to the support agents who need them inside the platforms where they are working. Success in this role will be defined by high customer adoption of our apps, with easy-to-understand documentation and clear roll-out strategies that involve Language IO stakeholders, including customer support, customer success, marketing, and sales.
Responsibilities:

Translate roadmap priorities into actionable development stories/tasks for engineering teams

Create a cohesive integration user experience across disparate systems

Assist engineering execution by becoming an embedded voice of the customer within the development team, providing rapid responses to questions that arise during development

Work closely with business stakeholders and UX designers to define what the product is trying to achieve

Create and refine user stories with acceptance criteria

Act as a translator/interpreter between business and technology experts during requirements gathering and design discussions

Analyze the business and technical impact to identify the gaps between business and development team

Own and maintain the integrations backlog

Set release and Sprint goals

Balance conflicting priorities to determine prioritization

Test and ensure acceptance criteria are met with the current release/sprint

Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to define and manage a clear and efficient internal training strategy and customer rollout strategy.

Track customer adoption of new products and features.

Demonstrate ROI on the products we are delivering and supporting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

Quick learner with excellent attention to detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Able to think analytically, systemically, and conceptually

Ability to gather, analyze, and transform requirements into user stories

Ability to prioritize and collaborate in a multi-tasking environment

Experience in partnering with UX designer to design and deliver a great solution

Ability to negotiate a backlog with stakeholders

Experience with agile software development practice and tools
- Experience with Salesforce and CRMs is preferred

Fluency in more than one language is helpful in this role
