About the Role:
IPSY México is looking for a CRM Manager to lead campaigns across email, push, SMS, Whatsapp, onsite channels. You will focus on managing the lifecycle experience for our prospects, active subscribers, and/or former members. You will be strategizing, developing, deploying, and optimizing campaigns that help us achieve our target business KPIs, enhance the member experience, and elevate the brand. You will do this by working cross-functionally with our partners in Growth, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Engineering, Product, Analytics, Customer Service, and Operations teams. The successful candidate will be analytical, passionate about technology, and an excellent communicator.
This position reports to the General Manager, IPSY Mexico and is hybrid remote (one day per week) in our CDMX (Condesa) office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
● Strategic:
○ Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs for Mexican marketing across multiple channels (email, push, SMS, Whatsapp, and Site) to help us achieve target business KPIs.
○ Establish rigorous A/B and multivariate testing plans to test subject lines, content, cadence, audience segmentation, and timing to constantly improve results.
○ Create and execute your own roadmap of initiatives that deliver KPIs that align with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Engineering roadmaps.
● Operational execution:
○ Manage end-to-end campaign execution: devise campaign strategy with key stakeholders, develop campaign briefs, oversee creative production, set measurement plans, secure legal requirements and approvals, deploy final campaigns, optimize as necessary, report on performance, and investigate issues as needed.
○ Strategize and execute marketing automations, segmentation, and complex workflow builds to implement new campaign features (e.g. cart abandonment, recommendations) and data flows (e.g. API events, customer attribute library)
● Analytical:
○ Utilize analytics tools to communicate campaign performance, experiment results, etc. to leadership and business stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
You won’t stop at impressions, opens, and clicks, but manage all the way through to goal conversions.
● Leadership
○ Be the voice of your team in all program related conversations, meetings, and brainstorms, including changes to the business, strategy, product, and brand.
○ Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and tools, sharing any findings on where best-in-class marketing teams have found success
○ Mentor and manage Lifecycle Marketing coordinator
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree – ideally in business, marketing, quantitative or technical field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into business and consumer insights Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Deep understanding of CRM, data structures, and how to integrate the two
- 5 - 7 years of work experience in a professional setting as CRM Coordinator or CRM Manager
- Light experience with Excel, HTML, CSS, Javascript to support email coding and technical implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and QA process. You are confident deploying emails to millions of users free of grammar, spelling, typos, and other deployment errors.
- Results and data-driven, and able to work towards results in an autonomous and independent manner
- A collaborative, self-starter who relishes getting his/her hands dirty and knows how to drive projects from inception to execution
- Demonstrated ability to own projects, think big, and influence across all levels of an organization.
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience with Iterable, Salesforce, Hubspot experience
- Light experience with HTML
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Experience in eCommerce, beauty, or subscription-based businesses is a plus
