About the Role:

IPSY is looking for a Product Manager to join our subscriptions team, and own the end to end delivery of features designed to drive growth and expand our subscription experience. This individual will focus on building and optimizing critical user flows that drive customer growth including: acquisition, retention, upgrades, and choice events. You’ll partner closely with CRM, Growth, UX, and Engineering to shape the customer journey, reduce churn, and maximize subscription LTV. The Product Manager will report to the Group Product Manager and can be fully remote from any U.S. state where IPSY is authorized to hire.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead product strategy and execution across critical subscription flows (ex: Resume, Reactivate, Upgrades, Annuals, Choice & Add-Ons).
  • Partner with analytics, research, and design to define success metrics, evaluate performance, and continuously improve through the use of data and customer insights
  • Identify pain points and opportunities and validate solutions via A/B tests and iterative releases.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Growth teams to align initiatives with business goals, while building a deep understanding of subscriber behavior and market benchmarks.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle for your flows: ideation, prioritization, experimentation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, subscription experiences across platforms.
  • Balance business priorities with user experience, ensuring that subscription flows are intuitive and drive customer trust.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2-5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in ecommerce or subscription-related fields (bonus points for beauty industry experience!).
  • Ability to develop product strategy and develop ideas from infancy through execution.
  • A proven track record of delivering features leading to product & business growth
  • Keen understanding and experience with A/B testing, including how to design and run tests (including concurrent tests), and analyze results
  • Excellent business judgment and strong quantitative skills
  • You are obsessively data-driven.
  • Great communicator with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and excel in a fast-paced setting.

Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. IPSY offers a bonus, equity grants, and competitive benefits. Final compensation is determined by experience and skills.

Salary Range:
$110,000$145,000 USD
