About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized temporary Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support our growing contingent workforce. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for high volumes of contract, temporary, and freelance workers across multiple departments and locations. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience, enabling contingent workers to hit the ground running.
The temporary Recruiting Operations Coordinator will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and will be based remotely in Argentina.
Please note: this is a 6-month temporary position.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding lifecycle for contingent workers, including SOWs, compliance documentation, system access, and first-day readiness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between hiring managers, vendors, MSPs, Finance, Legal, and contingent workers during onboarding.
- Manage communication and documentation flow with third-party staffing partners, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Monitor and track onboarding milestones and proactively resolve issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Google Sheets), ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with People, IT, Security, and Facilities Teams to ensure all contingent workers have the necessary tools and resources on day one.
- Support audits by ensuring all contingent workforce onboarding documentation is up-to-date and stored appropriately.
- Assist with process improvements, SOP documentation, and reporting related to contingent labor onboarding.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the onboarding process.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or contingent workforce coordination, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes, vendor management systems (VMS), and applicant tracking systems (ATS); prior experience with tools such as Greenhouse, Sapling, and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining compliance standards.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and external partners.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
