About the Role:

As a Creator Partnerships Coordinator at IPSY, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a leading beauty subscription company that celebrates diversity and self-expression. IPSY is dedicated to inspiring and empowering beauty lovers around the world. As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Creator Partnerships team in building and maintaining relationships with influential creators, tracking the success of campaigns, and engaging our creator community.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Creator Partnerships and is a hybrid role (requiring 1+ day in office weekly) based in Los Angeles, CA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Relationship Building: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential creators, influencers, and content creators who align with IPSY’s brand and values for both our paid and affiliate programs.
• Content Collaboration: Coordinate the logistics of content creation, including brainstorming ideas, managing timelines, processing agreements and invoices, creating briefs, and ensuring deliverables are met. (Including assistance with in-office shoots with creators.)
• Campaign Support: Provide support to the Creator Partnerships team in executing various campaigns and initiatives. This includes participating in team brainstorms and content ideation, tracking influencer collaborations, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and generating reports to assess the impact of creator partnerships.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.
• Support Event Ideation and Execution: Assist team leads in creating engaging creators through exciting IRL activations.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as: managing creator databases, organizing contracts and agreements, scheduling meetings, and ordering and shipping products for PR.
• Product Management: Liaise with Warehouse and Merchandising teams to procure products for creator programs, on a monthly basis.

What We Are Looking For:

• Passion for Beauty and Influencer Marketing: A genuine interest in the beauty industry and a solid understanding of influencer marketing trends and practices.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to effectively engage and maintain relationships with creators and influencers.
• Organization & Time Management: Strong organization and multitasking skills, to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Analytical Mindset: Basic analytical skills to collect and analyze data, track campaign performance, and generate reports.
• Self-Starter: Proactively identify areas of need on a team without being asked/assigned to do so.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, embracing change and taking initiative when necessary.
• Problem Solver: Ability to think of solutions and provide recommendations on how to address an issue.

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience working with contracts.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Grin, Tribe Dynamics, or CreatorIQ.
• Experience working with Coupa.
