About the Role:

We’re seeking a Creator Partnerships Specialist to help shape our creator strategy and strengthen influencer relationships. This role will focus on discovering emerging talent, fostering in-person connections, and driving brand buzz through impactful collaborations. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of influencer trends, experience crafting campaign briefs, and the ability to execute creator events like dinners, trips, and launches.

The Specialist will act as a key liaison between influencers and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and analysis of marketing campaigns. We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Creator Partnerships and is hybrid, based in the Santa Monica office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support short- and long-term creator strategy based on market trends
• Identify and pitch emerging talent across beauty, lifestyle, and adjacent categories
• Cultivate authentic relationships within the creator community
• Develop compelling campaign briefs aligned with brand strategy
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to leadership
• Prepare post-campaign reports to assess impact and future opportunities
• Plan and execute in-person creator activations and gifting campaigns
• Manage contract negotiations for assigned creators
• Support brand campaign casting in line with community goals
• Maintain and update GRIN in collaboration with the social and creator team
  
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media trends
• Experience managing influencer relationships
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for self-expression and creativity
