About the Role:

The Manager of Paid Social and Performance Marketing is responsible for designing and implementing data-driven customer acquisition strategies from high-volume social media platforms.

This role will require a marketing leader who is comfortable going granular and reviewing channel-level growth campaign performance, while also having the ability to look holistically at full-funnel metrics on multiple paid social channels.

This role will be responsible for scaling customer growth across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon Prime and Pinterest, in addition continually exploring opportunities for incremental or marginal growth opportunities across new and emerging social partners.

The ideal candidate has deep experience executing day-to-day performance while keeping an eye on paths to innovate and expand with new ad formats or partners.

This position reports to the Country Manager of Mexico and will be hybrid remote from CDMX.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Build and execute customer acquisition campaigns for paid social platforms, leading day to day strategy and execution. Strategize, manage, and optimize our social marketing channels (e.g. TikTok, Instagram,, Youtube, and more) to increase performance to meet specific acquisition and retention goals.
  • Implement best practices for ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and budget management ensuring ROI targets are achieved.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation, be accountable for ROI variance to plan, and supporting corrective action with teams.
  • Develop, maintain and grow strong relationships with relevant partners (internal and external) through leading development plans, campaign strategy, data strategy, reporting, and always-on performance management.
  • Deliver regular reporting that provides insight on cost efficiency of paid social investment for stakeholders across the business
  • Manage budgets from daily spend through quarterly targets, ensuring CAC, LTV, and other metrics supported across social campaigns. Closely monitor, measure and report on campaign performance, budgeting, and conduct ad hoc analyses.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to inform strategy, while implementing A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, creative elements, and audience targeting to continually optimize performance.
  • Utilize our customer LTV models to understand the impact of paid marketing and make strategic changes to improve scale with best customer targets.
  • Work with external partners (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, etc.) to explore and execute on growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics or other quantitative subjects
  • 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.
  • High proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau as well as multi-touch attribution and audience segmentation platforms; a track record of successfully leading and driving business decisions with data & analysis required.
  • Proficient in English
  • Demonstrated ability to own projects, think big, and influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with management of technical tools, implementation of testing roadmaps, and migrating to new ad tech opportunities a must.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Results and data-driven, and able to work towards results in an autonomous and independent manner
  • Fast learner with excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • A collaborative, self-starter who relishes getting his/her hands dirty and knows how to drive projects from inception to execution
