Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the crucial bridge between business challenges and transformative solutions. At Docusign, you won't just make phone calls; you will master a modern human-plus-machine cadence. You will leverage AI-powered prospecting tools, smart workflow automation, and deep data insights to streamline research and account engagement. This allows you to focus on what humans do best: building meaningful relationships, listening attentively, and solving complex customer problems. Whether aiming for Enterprise Account Executive roles, Sales Leadership, or Revenue Operations, this role offers hands-on training in strategic selling and modern SaaS growth strategy.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager, Market Development Representatives.

Responsibility

  • Combine phone engagement, tailored LinkedIn messaging, and customized email cadences with AI sales assistants to connect meaningfully with prospects across Docusign’s core vertical markets
  • Utilize AI-assisted account research, predictive intent data, and CRM analytics to identify high-value opportunities and personalize messaging at scale
  • Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to uncover pain points in their contract and agreement workflows, aligning their business goals to Docusign’s IAM platform
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise) and Marketing teams to develop territory strategies and qualify high-impact pipeline opportunities
  • Learn and test new prospecting methodologies, email frameworks, and AI tools continuously to maximize engagement and personal productivity
