What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager for the Al Platform, you will define the strategy and roadmap for the foundational Al platform powering the next generation of Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform. You will lead the platform capabilities that enable product teams across Docusign to build, deploy, and scale trusted Al assistants, autonomous agents, and intelligent agreement workflows. You will partner with Engineering, Applied Al, Design, Data Science, and Product leaders to shape the future of Docusign's Al ecosystem-from customer agent administrative management to multi-model Al infrastructure, global Al expansion, and Al platform capabilities. Your work will accelerate Al innovation across the company. This is a highly cross-functional role with significant influence across Docusign's Al strategy, driving the platform that powers Al experiences used by millions of customers worldwide.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management.

Responsibility

  • Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Docusign's Al Platform, establishing the core capabilities that enable Al innovation across the Intelligent Agreement Management platform

  • Lead company-wide Al platform initiatives in partnership with product organizations including B2I, CLM, IAM, and other teams, delivering shared platform investments that accelerate Al adoption while reducing duplicated engineering effort

  • Drive Docusign's global Al strategy enabling Al globalization and delivering enterprise-ready Al experiences across international markets

  • Build the foundational customer admin platform interface for Al assistants and autonomous agents, including observability, knowledge integration, extensibility, and that enable teams to rapidly build new Al experiences

  • Define the enterprise usage framework for Al, including administrative controls, policy management, usage governance, MCP integration, compliance, and configurable platform controls required by enterprise customers

  • Shape the strategy for Docusign's multi-model Al platform, enabling seamless integration of frontier foundation models while optimizing quality, performance, reliability, latency, and cost

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Applied Al to define platform architecture, technical investments, and long-term Al infrastructure strategy

  • Establish platform metrics that measure adoption, quality, reliability, and customer value, using data and experimentation to continuously improve Al capabilities

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to translate emerging Al needs into scalable platform capabilities

  • Influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams through clear product vision, strategic roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS software, Al platform or Document intelligence management domain

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred)

  • Experience in building enterprise-grade Al-powered experiences and Al agent products

  • Experience defining metrics and leading Al platform products

  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design team

  • Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback

Preferred

  • Experience with Al platform product management

  • Familiarity with agreement lifecycle management, legal tech, or document platforms

  • Experience with document management systems

  • Track record of driving product strategy from vision through successful execution

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $146,400.00 - $235,375.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
