Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As Manager of GTM Employee Communications, you'll play a key role in supporting and executing the internal communications strategy for Docusign's Go-To-Market organization (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations). This means partnering with executives to define communications goals, managing day-to-day execution of ongoing communications priorities, and crafting narratives that drive alignment as Docusign grows as the Intelligent Agreement Management company.

A bit about you: You dig into all aspects of the work-seeking out information, distilling it, building strategy, drafting narratives, and executing. You're proactive, organized, and thrive in a matrixed environment. You're a strong storyteller with top-notch writing skills but you love a good edit. Tight deadlines energize you. You embrace AI as a force multiplier. You bring high emotional intelligence and get joy from helping employees learn and thrive.
