What you'll do
As a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, you will play a key role within the EMEA Finance team, supporting the financial planning and analysis needs of the EMEA Go-to-Market (GTM) organizations. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis, support planning cycles, and help drive business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and monthly outlooks, maintaining performance metrics, and clearly communicating business drivers and variances to stakeholders. You will also support ad hoc analysis and contribute to the region's growth and operational effectiveness.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, GTM Finance International.
Responsibility
Partner with EMEA business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations that support business objectives
Support the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management review materials
Conduct scenario modeling, ad hoc financial analysis, and business case support for new initiatives and investments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational effectiveness and support business scaling
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and business drivers; identify and explain budget/forecast variances
Contribute to continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and financial processes
Work with the accounting team to support timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end close reporting
Assist in resource allocation and organizational planning as the business evolves
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field
Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and planning within a dynamic environment
Experience with Google Sheets and Excel; experience building and maintaining complex financial models
Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly
Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with partners at all levels of the organization
Familiarity with Google Suite and financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Adaptive Insights, Tableau)
