What you'll do
As part of the Go-To-Market FP&A Team, this role will act as the lead finance partner to the President & General Manager of Growth. The global Growth organization spans across marketing, sales development, product-led growth, and analytics.
The individual will manage a team responsible for performing financial analysis & modeling, design and preparation of financial plans and budgets. In addition, this role will analyze, interpret, and communicate insights for the core drivers and measures of each function. This person will ensure financial and operating decisions are based on accurate financial data and apply financial expertise to inform overall strategy.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President, GTM Finance.
Responsibility
Act as the senior finance partner to the growth functions and provide financial leadership to shape overall strategy and business direction through direct partnership with the leaders and their teams
Own and manage P&L projections for the global growth organization with high predictability, considering all operational aspects and their impacts on corporate financials
Establish robust frameworks to streamline decision-making and ensure financial objectives such as topline bookings targets and cost efficiencies are realized including devising financial models to assess ROI for various prospective programs for native digital and product led growth within our direct business
Lead long-range and annual planning processes to drive long-term growth and scalability through new business opportunities, strategic investments and workforce optimization
Drive annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts for the growth organization, providing insights into opportunities and risks in bookings, revenue, expenses, and headcount plan
Prepare formal presentations with recommendations and summaries of financial results and forecasted results to C-suite, including reporting of Marketing and Partner metrics and KPIs
Partner with the Company’s accounting, operations and analytics teams for month-end and quarter-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results
Recommend and develop policies, procedures and systems to meet Company objectives
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
BA or BS in business, finance, economics, accounting or related fields
15+ years experience in FP&A or similar position with emphasis on revenue forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling
Experienced team leader with the ability to clearly communicate complex data analysis and to influence leadership decisions
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to flex between the details and synthesizing high level need-to-know
Prior experience in Corporate and GTM FP&A roles
Experience with financial and ERP systems such as Oracle, Adaptive Planning, Rev Pro, and Salesforce
Preferred
Experience thinking strategically about complex business problems and demonstrated curiosity leading to recommendation and action plans
Experience with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Advanced modeling skills required
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience with complex financial modeling and the ability to collect, manipulate, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Fundamental understanding of Subscription-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model
Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and able to operate with limited information or guidance at times
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization
Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial concepts
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $212,100.00 - $342,650.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
