What you'll do
In this role, you will be a highly visible and independent thought leader and operator playing a key role in scaling the Sales Strategy & Ops team. You will work on topics that range from groundbreaking sales strategy to the nuts and bolts of sales operations. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc. You will work closely with EMEA Sales Leadership to set sales strategy and medium and long term goals for the Enterprise EMEA business. You will then lead the execution of many of these initiatives, supporting them with ad hoc reporting and analysis along the way.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations.
Responsibility
Be the business Partner for the VP of DACH Sales and AVP of Sales Development to drive growth in the region
Define and drive cross-functional strategic projects focused on improving our go-to-market (GTM) engine
Bring thought leadership and strategic thinking to projects ranging from go-to-market design to internal operations
Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes, productivity drivers, infrastructure and regional performance
Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring cross-team collaboration
Develop models to predict business performance, support long-range planning, and identify opportunities for improvements
Design reporting cadence, governance, and data strategy for the EMEA sales organization
Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives
Develop and track KPIs at global and regional levels
Define systems, tools, and business requirements for varied Field Sales programs
Operate with a high degree of autonomy
Assist with ad hoc requests and projects from the sales organization
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
BS/BA degree or equivalent in work experience
8+ years of top-notch experience in a Sales Strategy Operations role
Experience with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau
Experience using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Preferred
Experience working closely with senior sales leaders, prior exposure to high-growth work environments
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and Commercial go-to-market principles are all highly desirable
Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
High degree of intellectual curiosity and self confidence
Well-developed ability to bring structured thinking into highly ambiguous and open-ended problem situations, then drive to consensus
