What you'll do
The Sales Strategy amp; Operations Analyst supports the sales organization, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. They are a trusted advisor for senior sales leaders, focusing on improving productivity, analyzing performance metrics, supporting key strategic initiatives and annual planning. The role blends analytical insight, business acumen, and strong cross-functional partnership with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Strategy and Operations.
Responsibility
Support the strategy and ops team and sales organization on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency
Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics
Translate data into insights, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and supporting the development of final recommendation sales leadership and the broader strategy amp; ops organization
Support annual strategic planning process that defines the GTM strategy, segmentation, headcount, and quotas
Lead run-the-business work streams such as forecasting, QBRs, ad hoc analysis requests, and dashboarding
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
2+ years of experience in sales strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related strategy and operations fields
Experience with technical tools such as SQL/Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, and Excel/Sheets
Preferred
Experience with Tableau
Experience in B2B sales (especially SaaS)
Strong analytical skills; proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into actionable insights
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, make effective decisions with incomplete information, and manage complex projects
Proven diplomacy, integrity, negotiation skills, and bias for action with a results-driven mindset
