What you'll do

The Manager, Agility Sales Development will lead a team of Agility Sales Development Representatives (ASDR) and Agility Market Development Representative (AMDR) dedicated to piloting and scaling innovative prospecting motions across segments and verticals. This leader must be skilled in both traditional SDR & MDR management (coaching, accountability, performance tracking) and in managing agile, iterative experimentation work-streams.

In addition to owning pipeline creation and rep performance, this manager will partner closely with the Sr. Manager of Agility Sales Development to operationalize new go-to-market strategies, test emerging technologies, and capture learnings to inform global sales development innovation. The ideal candidate is energized by ambiguity, excited to lead reps through constant iteration, and passionate about developing early-career talent in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Agility Sales Development.

Responsibility

  • Manage and motivate a team of 12 reps to achieve individual opportunity generation quotas supporting experimental sales development motions

  • Provide high-quality daily coaching, weekly 1:1s, skill development, and call inspection

  • Foster a strong, inclusive team culture rooted in agility, adaptability, and growth mindset

  • Translate high-level experimentation goals into tactical rep execution

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement) to evolve outbound motion playbooks and go-to-market pilots

  • Monitor key metrics across programs, drive conversion improvements, and report findings to senior leadership

  • Help reps interpret test results and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data

  • Own rep performance planning, goal-setting, and career development—including onboarding, ramping, and progression readiness

  • Maintain alignment with broader Sales Development organization while supporting unique experimentation motion

  • Champion innovation, employee experience, and continuous improvement

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • BA/BS in a business or technical field from an accredited college or university

  • 5+ years of people management experience in selling software in a similar SaaS based company

Preferred

  • Experience managing or participating in a sales innovation, incubation, or pilot team

  • Track record of exceeding sales/prospecting targets or program goals in dynamic environments

  • Strong coaching mindset and passion for developing early-career talent

  • High comfort with ambiguity and change; thrive in a fast-moving, iterative workstream

  • Experience running or analyzing A/B tests, pilot programs, or agile sales experiments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into frontline execution plans

  • IT industry and multinational environment background

  • English – advanced level and above

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $100,900.00 - $146,025.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
