What you'll do
This role is an individual contributor and reports to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and will act as a key player in the growing International Finance team. The individual will be directly involved in understanding key business and product metrics to drive appropriate forecast assumptions. You will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams in providing strategic analyses and financial insights. You will be directly involved in the coordination of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks), where you will maintain and communicate relevant performance metrics, clearly explaining the business reasons for variances and adjusting outlook models to reflect operational changes.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, GTM Finance International.
Responsibility
Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
Coordinate the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks) and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reviews
Collaborate cross functionally to streamline day to day operational effectiveness as the company and International regions continue to scale
Monitor key financial metrics and business drivers; analyse budget/forecast variances to actual and review with management team
Drive ongoing adhoc financial analysis and scenario modelling for the expanding business
Maintain, develop and implement tools, systems and processes to support the successful completion of timely and accurate forecasts
Drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy by developing a deep understanding of the financial targets and key drivers of the business
Partner with the company’s Accounting team for the month end and quarter end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
A third level degree in relevant discipline
5+ years of related experience
Experience in FP&A, Accounting or Sales Operations in a multinational, high growth industry
Preferred
Professional accounting qualification
Strong systems skills (Adaptive Planning, Oracle, Salesforce or other comparable financial and ERP systems, e.g. SAP)
High level of proficiency in Google workspace, (particularly Sheets) and Excel
Advanced financial modelling skills
Highly motivated self starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
