What you'll do

As Enablement Trainer, Sales Development, you'll support the development and delivery of learning experiences that drive performance improvement across our Global Sales Development organization in Sao Paulo. You'll work closely with senior team members to create training that focuses on foundational skills and behaviors needed to support the readiness and effectiveness of sales development representatives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting sales teams through training and enablement activities. They're eager to develop their learning design expertise and have a foundational understanding of sales processes and tools.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, GTM Enablement.

Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for Sales Development teams (SDRs, MDRs, PDRs), focusing on foundational product knowledge, core sales skills, and effective use of sales tools

  • Support the creation and improvement of learning materials, presentations, and training modules under guidance from senior team members

  • Deliver onboarding programs for Sales Development new hires, ensuring they receive consistent foundational training

  • Deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting to different learning environments with guidance

  • Support the evaluation of training effectiveness by collecting and analyzing performance data to inform continuous improvement efforts

  • Work with field leadership, enablement, and marketing teams to ensure training materials stay current with product updates and company goals

  • Learn and utilize learning management system (LMS) and content management system (CMS) platforms

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical-related field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience with Sales Enablement, Training, or Instructional Design in a business environment

  • Experience with core sales enablement principles, practices, and methodologies, with ability to apply this knowledge to complete assigned work

  • Experience with sales processes and willingness to learn sales methodologies

Preferred

  • Experience with LMS or CMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools

  • Analytical mindset with interest in learning data analysis

  • Experience supporting sales teams in any capacity

  • Familiarity with common sales tools

  • Receptive to change and feedback, with flexibility to adopt improved approaches

  • Results-oriented with commitment to meeting deliverables and learning from outcomes

  • Ability to support project timelines and communications under guidance

  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Eagerness to learn and develop functional capabilities
