What you'll do
As a Product Manager on the Docusign Identify team, you will own the lifecycle of features from concept to launch, helping us expand our identity verification offerings for our customers worldwide. Your work will directly impact customer security, compliance, and trust across 180+ countries. In this role, you are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy. You will not only execute on the roadmap but actively contribute to strategy, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and handle the nuances of serving large enterprise clients.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Management.
Responsibility
Lead features from concept to launch based on defined business strategy and OKRs, taking full ownership of the execution quality
Drive the roadmap definition and prioritization for your product scope, ensuring alignment with the broader strategy
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Act as a trusted partner for large enterprise customers. Translate their complex compliance and security needs into scalable product requirements, managing expectations and prioritizing effectively
Demonstrate a proactive curiosity for the Identity landscape. Monitor emerging trends (e.g., wallet-based identity, local compliance) to keep our roadmap competitive
Understand market, competitors and customer needs by working closely with Customers, Consumers, User Research, Data Science, and Marketing
Facilitate requirements definition across teams to translate product requirements into developer-ready JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead the definition and design of features, iterating with customers, business, product, user experience, program, and engineering stakeholders
Work closely with Customer Support, Product Management, User Experience, Product Development, and Marketing on go-to-market strategies
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
5+ years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in Product Management within a technology or SaaS environment
Fluency in written and spoken English and French
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business management, or related degree
Experience driving projects forward with minimal supervision and make trade-off decisions independently
Preferred
Experience in the identity verification space, authentication protocols, or compliance products
Experience managing B2B / Enterprise products, and handling end-of-life (EOL) processes or complex version migrations
Experience in delivering applications using Agile methodologies
Experience in SaaS product development
Basic knowledge of user experience and interaction design fundamentals
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to negotiate with internal and external partners
Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical partners
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
