What you'll do
As part of the GLOBAL FP&A Team, this person will partner closely with various leaders by performing financial analysis and modeling, preparing the financial plans and budgets, as well as analyzing, interpreting, and communicating financial information to management. This person will ensure financial and operating decisions are based on accurate financial data and apply financial expertise to inform overall strategy.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the LATAM FP&A Director.
Responsibility
Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership and become a trusted advisor to drive financial processes, strategic decision making and initiative prioritization
Develop robust models to streamline decision-making
Ensure financial objectives such as margins, growth, efficiency, productivity, etc. are appropriately analyzed and understood by business partners
Develop annual budgets that will support and drive Sales growth
Manage headcount and discretionary spend as part of forecast and close process
Prepare formal presentations with recommendations, leveraging data and insights to inform investment cases and strategies, and highlighting risk and opportunities
Support long-range, annual and quarterly planning processes
Forecast and analyze sales capacity planning models for direct quota carrying roles
Prepare monthly financials to inform actuals vs outlook and forecast variances
Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end corporate reporting requirements
Be results and service oriented
Demonstrate ability to make progress with incomplete information
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field
8+ years of experience in finance with emphasis on forecasting, planning, financial analysis, and financial modeling with relevant work experience as a FP&A business partner or a similar role
Experience in Microsoft Office, with advanced modeling skills
Experience with Google suite
Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sales Finance experience
Fundamental understanding of Subscription-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model
Experience thinking strategically about complex business problems, leading to recommendation and action plans
Proactive, results oriented with can do attitude
Ability to work in fast paced environment
High degree of analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Strong financial acumen with proficiency in accounting principles and corporate finance
Experience with Adaptive Insights and Oracle or other large well-known ERP and accounting systems
