What you'll do
Docusign is seeking a Sr. Cyber Threat Intelligence Engineer to join our Threat Intelligence team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain infrastructure that enables the Threat Intelligence team to perform large data analysis. You will create automations, data pipelines, and integrations that enable fast, scalable, and centralized access to threat intelligence data. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering skills and past experience in security operations.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of the Threat Intelligence team.
Responsibility
Build and maintain systems for collecting, storing, processing, and distributing cyber threat intelligence
Apply engineering best practices including secrets management, modularity, and automation to enable faster intelligence
Develop automation and orchestration workflows to operationalize intelligence into stakeholder systems (SIEM, Chat, Email, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Engineer solutions that enhance visibility, data quality, and analysis of threat data
Partner with analysts to translate needs into effective and manageable solutions
Manage and monitor the health of the data collection pipeline to ensure minimal disruption
Create robust documentation, dashboards, and metrics to measure impact
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
8+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence engineering
Experience with applying scripting or programming languages for automation
Experience with integrating threat data into security tools
Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining threat intelligence platforms
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and modular data pipelines and microservices for threat intelligence solutions
Comfortable in creating, automating, and maintaining labeling syntax in threat intelligence platforms
Strong Python development skills, including API integration, async processing, and data transformation
Experience building automation to collect from programmatically friendly and unfriendly sources
Proven ability to translate requirements into comprehensive technical solutions
Familiarity with OpenCTI, Threatconnect, RecordedFuture, Tines, STIX, and TAXII
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
