What you'll do
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role within the EMEA Finance team, acting as a strategic financial business partner to senior management across the EMEA Go-to-Market (GTM) with particular focus on the Customer Success organization. You will directly influence key business decisions and long-term planning by providing high-impact financial analyses and insights. In this role, you will own and drive the coordination and execution of planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks)for the departments under your remit, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of performance metrics, and clearly communicating business drivers and variances to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the region’s growth and operational effectiveness.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Director, GTM Finance International.
Responsibility
Serve as a strategic partner to EMEA business leaders, providing actionable financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Own and enhance the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management review materials to senior leadership
Lead scenario modeling, ad hoc financial analysis, and business case development for new initiatives and investments
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize operational effectiveness and support the scaling of international regions
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and business drivers; review budget/forecast variances with management and recommend corrective actions
Drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and financial processes by leveraging data-driven insights
Partner with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end close reporting
Contribute to organizational design and resource allocation decisions as the business evolves
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with a track record of increasing responsibility and business partnership
Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning within a fast-paced, scaling environment
Experience in Google Sheets and Excel, building and reviewing complex financial models
Preferred
Advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., MBA, CPA, ACCA)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to drive results in an unstructured environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with partners at all levels of the organization
Familiarity with Google Suite and financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Adaptive Insights, Tableau)
