What you'll do

Docusign is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and execution of the Asia region. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of data expertise, full-funnel campaign management, and exceptional partnership with in-region Sales and Sales Development teams. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing B2B SaaS software and a background in campaign development and execution targeting Enterprise companies. This position is a highly collaborative role and will require someone who can lead and influence cross-functional projects.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Asia Marketing.

Responsibility

  • Manage and execute with broader marketing team full-funnel campaigns across a variety of channels including webinars, email, digital advertising and more to drive awareness and interest of our products

  • Work cross-functionally with partners in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other go-to-market teams to drive and deliver audience definition and development

  • Oversee the regional budget, providing regular, data-backed reports on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and forecasted results

  • Monitor and communicate programs, and adjust as needed to address pipeline gaps and optimise performance

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience managing demand generation and new customer acquisition programs for B2B SaaS or technology companies within Asia

  • Experience building cross-functional relationships and alignment, particularly with Sales leadership and Sales Development organizations

Preferred

  • AI tools expertise for marketing personalisation, content generation and deep research

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven expertise in designing and executing successful full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate high-quality pipeline, and accelerate revenue

  • Metric-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-departmentally

  • Creative, collaborative and resourceful

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Direct experience marketing B2B solutions to large Enterprise accounts and navigating complex buying centers

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Jira and Tableau

  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven; ability to drive insights and trends from data

  • Creative problem-solver and analytical thinker

  • Partner marketing experience
