What you'll do
We are looking for an organized, curious intern who is eager to learn about operations and strategy in a global environment. You will have the opportunity to support the team’s routine, helping maintain operational cadence and visibility of key results.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, CS Strategy & Operations.
Responsibility
Support the creation of newsletters and quarterly summaries for the area, consolidating updates and key results
Update and organize process documentation
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal and executive meetings
Contribute to the maintenance and control of spreadsheets and dashboards
Participate in follow-up meetings, recording actions and learnings
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications, International Relations, or related fields; minimum availability of 1.5 years for the internship
Intermediate English (reading and writing)
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Proactivity and interest in learning about planning, data, and operations
