What you'll do
We are seeking a highly technical and analytical Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across our Sales and Partner organizations, while supporting strategic alignment across the broader global Go-To-Market (GTM) ecosystem. In close partnership with Sales, Partner, and Revenue leaders, this role will own critical analyses, reporting infrastructure, and strategic insights that shape our GTM strategy and performance.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of GTM motions and strong analytical, data modeling, and visualization capabilities. They are comfortable working with large and complex datasets to uncover trends, surface insights, and deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations. They are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, excels at solving problems with data, and proactively identifies opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale processes across the organization.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Vice President, Sales and Partnerships Strategy & Operations.
Responsibility
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Translate data into compelling insights and clear executive-ready narratives that influence strategic decisions
Partner with Sales, Partner, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align on business goals and KPIs
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Partner leaders, providing data-driven insights that influence strategy, territory planning, and investment decisions
Partner closely with Finance, RevOps and Data teams to align GTM analytics with broader business priorities, ensuring consistency in forecasting, goal-setting, and reporting
Develop executive-ready presentations and dashboards that clearly communicate performance drivers and business impact
Design, build, and enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks in Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake
Develop scalable SQL data models and queries to support analysis and recurring insights
Own data pipelines and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of GTM reporting
Identify gaps in sales processes and propose data-driven improvements
Build automated workflows, reporting enhancements, and tools that improve team efficiency and data visibility
Support annual and quarterly planning cycles including forecasting, GTM business reviews and capacity modeling
Work with Sales & Partner leaders to interpret performance metrics and recommend actions
Partner with RevOps and Finance to improve data definitions, governance, and system integrations
Manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
5+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Strategy—ideally in a SaaS environment with a Bachelor’s degree
Experience with SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions)
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud warehouses
Experience with Tableau (dashboard building, calculated fields, LOD expressions)
Experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM analytics
Proven experience working with large, complex datasets and transforming them into actionable insights
Preferred
Ability to create clear, crisp executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
A proactive, curious mindset with a track record of driving automation, improving workflows, and building scalable solutions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and comfort operating independently
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $114,200.00 - $177,100.00 base salary
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $109,600.00 - $150,625.00 base salary
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $109,600.00 - $156,950.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
