What you'll do
We are looking for an organized, curious intern with a desire to learn about operations and strategy in a global environment. You will have the opportunity to support the team's routine, helping to maintain the operational cadence and visibility of key results.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Customer Success Account Management Operations.
Responsibility
Assist in run the business analysis including forecasting, capacity planning, insights, and analysis
Support the creation of quarterly business review, consolidating key updates and results
Update and organize process documentation
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal and executive meetings
Contribute to the maintenance and control of spreadsheets and dashboards
Participate in follow-up meetings, recording actions and learnings
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications, International Relations, or related fields
- Minimum availability of 1.5 years for the internship
- Advanced English (conversation, reading, and writing)
- Experience with the Office/G Suite (mainly Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Availability to go to the office 2 times a week
Preferred
Good written communication and attention to detail
Proactivity and interest in learning about planning, data, and operations
