What you'll do
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our Sales Analytics team. In this role, you will focus on building scalable data models, launching and maintaining Tableau dashboards, and providing actionable sales insights that drive performance and strategic decision-making. You will also play a key role in supporting the creation and maintenance of decks for executive presentations. Additionally, you will be responsible for pulling data for these decks and running ad-hoc queries to address evolving business needs. Working closely with both Sales and Sales Operations teams, you'll ensure data infrastructure is optimized and reporting processes are efficient, helping to drive the overall success of the Sales organization.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Manager of Sales Analytics.
Responsibility
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance data models in Snowflake that support sales reporting and analytics
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across systems, automating and optimizing data pipelines where necessary
- Support the continuous improvement of data architecture to ensure that the analytics platform is scalable and reliable
- Identify and resolve issues related to data reporting and dashboard performance
Develop and maintain dashboards
Design, implement, and manage Tableau dashboards to track sales performance, key performance indicators, and key business metrics for Sales Leadership
Collaborate with Sales and Operations Teams to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights via Tableau and other visualization tools
Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to Tableau dashboards, ensuring they remain up-to-date with business requirements
Ensure proper data governance, consistency, and quality across Sales analytics processes
Assist in defining and monitoring Sales metrics, helping drive better decision-making through actionable insights
Run ad-hoc queries to gather data and provide insights in response to business requests and evolving needs
Communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical partners, providing recommendations for action
Assist in creating and updating decks for executive presentations, communicating data insights and performance metrics
Pull and analyze data from various sources to support the creation of decks, ensuring insights are accurate and relevant
Collaborate with partners to ensure insights are effectively presented in a clear and visually compelling manner
Present data-driven findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other business units as needed
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or technology industries
- 2+ years of experience with SQL (experience with Snowflake preferred), data modeling, excel and BI tools such as Tableau, or Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Experience building scalable data models and working with business intelligence tools, especially Tableau
- Experience with data modeling, SQL, and data visualization
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, and integrating data from these systems for analytics purposes
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred
- Intuition for business with a solid understanding of basic sales metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, pipeline, quota attainment) and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making
- Experience in SaaS, B2B Sales operations, or high-growth startups
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
