What you'll do

As the Program Management Director for New Revenue, your mission is to accelerate Docusign’s revenue growth by bringing new revenue streams to life.

The New Revenue team is spearheading innovations that expand Docusign’s reach to every business and individual on the planet. This team goes far beyond optimization - it’s about creating entirely new growth levers, customer experiences, and offerings that push the boundaries of what Docusign can do, and who we do it for.

You will be responsible for overall program management and operations of the New Revenue team. As this is a brand-new team at Docusign, you will get an opportunity to define an operating model from scratch. This will involve translating strategic initiatives into action plans, and ensuring successful delivery of new programs. You will define our ways of working including our team’s business rhythms, our operational processes, and collaboration with teams and executives. Your success will be based on the level of impact and velocity the team has on revenue growth. This is a high impact role on a fast-paced team that will have broad reach across Docusign and high visibility all the way up to executive leadership.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth.

Responsibility

  • Ensure that all revenue programs are being delivered on time and on budget

  • Supervise day-to-day operations, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams

  • Cultivate collaboration between distributed teams and ensure alignment with the overall strategic goals, process and tools

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, securing consensus and resources for key initiatives

  • Lead and drive key initiatives, from conceptualization through pilot programs to full-scale implementation

  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes

  • Anticipate potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives

  • Communicate effectively to both senior leadership and broader organization about team strategy, progress, and results

  • Be responsible for the allocation of resources, including budgeting and staffing for various initiatives, and ensure that resources are used efficiently and align with strategic priorities

  • Work with the Sr. Director, Growth on talent management, leadership development, and succession planning, and help to shape, codify, and reinforce the team culture in line with the organization’s values and goals

Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ experience in program management, ideally within a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • 6+ years of experience translating strategic vision into executable plans and ensuring alignment across teams
  • 5+ years preparing and briefing communication to senior leadership and influencing partners
  • Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and getting results
  • Experience working on an agile scrum team and use of Jira

Preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to advise strategic decisions and measure success
  • Experience working on highly technical programs and understanding system architecture
  • Ability to understand the underlying technical system architecture of your domain (e.g., e-commerce, web, payments)
  • Prior direct management experience

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $151,800.00 - $245,150.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $145,800.00 - $205,950.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary

Washington DC: $151,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
