What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and implement onboarding, engagement, activation, and conversion campaigns targeting our global trial audience. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will build and execute multi-channel onboarding, engagement, activation, and conversion campaigns and experiences, ensuring effective execution across various surfaces including email, in-product, mobile app, and Docusign’s marketing website. This high-impact, revenue-driving role will be at the forefront of the Lifecycle Acquisition team, contributing to developing and refining our trial strategies and ensuring they align with company objectives. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a passion for optimizing the customer journey and enhancing user engagement. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Product-Led Growth, Marketing Operations & Analytics, Creative, and Regional Marketing. This role will also support critical Product-Led Growth initiatives, tailoring GTM campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and incremental revenue.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Director.

Responsibility

  • Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing trial lead to build and implement global email, in-product, and mobile campaigns to drive trial onboarding, engagement, product activation, conversion, and ultimately revenue growth
  • Work with regional marketing teams to develop a POV on existing gaps in our global marketing strategy to trialists, delivering trial product activation and conversion across key growth markets
  • Contribute to the overarching lifecycle trial monetization strategy, aligning with company OKRs while driving incremental revenue
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data, analyses, and research to find trial growth opportunities and optimizations while using A/B testing and other experimentation methods to continually refine campaign effectiveness
  • Communicate lifecycle marketing strategies, tactics, plans, and results across teams
  • Influence product growth roadmaps to drive frictionless trial user experiences and business outcomes
  • Use dashboards and work closely with lifecycle analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams across eCommerce, Product-Led Growth, Marketing Operations & Analytics, Creative, and Regional Marketing to optimize and execute campaigns

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing or similar role at a fast-growth company, ideally from a product-led SaaS business
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns, using best practices, and building scalable campaigns that deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to drive insights and trends from data
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Dynamic, highly-motivated, organized, self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven
  • Experience with marketing personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Familiarity with project management tools, email service providers, dashboard and analytics tools, and web content platforms
  • Ability to think strategically and effectively to drive programs from inception to execution to analysis
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and collaborators

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $101,500 - $156,750 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $97,000 - $133,300 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000 - $139,525 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
