What you'll do
The Partner Development Representative (PDR) will co-sell with external partner Account Executives to secure a sufficient flow of qualified partner opportunities for Docusign account executives. The PDR is accountable for daily activity metrics of 15+ calls, with monthly and quarterly quotas. PDRs will receive hands-on training with an emphasis on partner co-selling and a focus on penetrating targeted accounts. This position is a great way for individuals seeking to gain an in-depth partner and direct sales experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager II, PDR.
Responsibility
- Support our partner sales teams with outbound prospecting through our partner
- Build strong professional relationships with account executives within Docusign’s partner ecosystem
- Develop sales strategy with our external partner sales teams to penetrate targeted accounts with innovative and scalable approaches
- Deliver sales enablement sessions to our external partner sales team and share sales knowledge accordingly to grow partner business.
- Support partner joint seminars to maximize future opportunities via our external partner sales team.
- Plan and implement quarterly in-person account planning and enablement meetings with a partner sales team
- Use technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to research accounts, identify key contacts, and prospect to prospective customers
- Close deals, and help Docusign Account Executives close deals, ensuring Business Development protocols are followed, and contractual requirements met
Job Designation
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring
Basic
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
- 2+ years prior experience within a quota-carrying Inside Sales role or Field Sales role, ideally selling software, including prospecting, forecasting and proposing to New Co business
- Experience working within Salesforce as a CRM tool
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including problem-solving, attention to detail and technical acumen
- Demonstrated time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams as needed
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $29.95/hour - $44.03/hour
Illinois and Colorado: $28.51/hour - $39.22/hour
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $28.51/hour - $41.17/hour
Washington DC: $29.95/hour - $41.17/hour
This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
