What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a business partner to the Partner organization, driving the success of our product partnerships through strategic enablement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and driving high-impact enablement programs, fostering strong relationships with key business partners at Docusign, and ensuring that our internal field and partner teams are fully equipped to promote, support, and implement Docusign’s integrated solutions.
You will work closely with Revenue Enablement team members to uncover additional technical skill and knowledge needs and build new training programs to bridge the gaps. You will act as a strategic advisor to Product teams for Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement planning plus partner to design and develop product learning content. In this role, you will contribute to a broader enablement strategy that ensures our field teams have the know-how and skill to best position our partner product suite, resulting in a sales velocity that is industry leading and best in class.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Enablement Content.
Responsibility
- Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration among key business partners and collaborators in Product, Partner, and Partner marketing organizations
- Provide ongoing support to Docusign partner teams (covering System Integrators, Resellers, and Distributors), addressing their questions and concerns related to enablement programs, priorities, and opportunities
- Partner with Revenue Enablement Performance Partners to plug product enablement into a framework for role-based competencies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Docusign’s product suite, partner ecosystem, and market trends
- Lead the creation of comprehensive enablement programs, including advanced training materials, certification programs, and sales tools tailored for internal audiences
- Design and develop partner-related content for global internal audiences to be delivered live and asynchronously using modern learning technologies
- Collaborate with internal and external partner teams to bring enablement to internal field teams
- Understand the product life cycle and GTM approach, using knowledge to build credibility and trust with cross-functional collaborators
- Manage the execution of the GTM enablement plan of record to ensure the successful launch of partner products and integrations
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery methods
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 8+ years of experience in a partner enablement, product training, or similar role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product enablement programs for internal and partner audiences
- Understanding of partner ecosystems and the dynamics of partner relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Preferred
- Experienced professional individual contributor role in the Enablement function.
Uses advanced functional capabilities to complete both routine and non-routine work - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner
- Able to develop and deliver strategic communications for Partner Enablement function in a manner that conveys a compelling business case, aligns others, and gets people moving in the right direction.
- Ability to influence with a confident, engaging, and inspiring personality
Routinely participates in strategy development for enablement programs. - Guides other cross-functional team members on how to approach and complete objectives by bringing collaborators together to objectively evaluate all viable options in order to reach shared decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Applies an analytical approach to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes
- Able to use both advanced functional and business knowledge to routinely provide key contributions into functional and cross-functional programs and projects
- Experience with product training delivery and course design, knowledge of content development tools preferred (ex: Articulate 360)
- Familiarity with Docusign’s product offerings and the digital agreement industry
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary
Illinois: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salary
Washington: $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
