Job Description:

DataRobot delivers AI that maximizes impact and minimizes business risk. Our platform and applications integrate into core business processes so teams can develop, deliver, and govern AI at scale. DataRobot empowers practitioners to deliver predictive and generative AI, and enables leaders to secure their AI assets. Organizations worldwide rely on DataRobot for AI that makes sense for their business — today and in the future.

This is your chance to help define and create a category in AI.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to own the story, strategy, and go-to-market strategies for Agentic AI.

You’ll translate the power of our agentic AI platform into messaging that cuts through the noise and sea of sameness. You’ll shape programs that resonate with both AI leaders (CDOs, CIOs, CDSOs) and hands-on ML practitioners (data scientists, engineers, AI app developers). And you’ll do it all as part of a small, fast-moving team where ideas get built and launched, not stuck in planning.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Agent Platform Storytelling: Be the voice of the DataRobot Agentic AI Platform. Shape the core messaging, value proposition, and positioning that define what makes our agent workforce different and why it matters now.

  • Activate Breakthrough Use Cases: Build stories around what makes agentic AI actually impactful to organizations: From automated decision-making to sophisticated reasoning, help customers see what’s possible and how to get started. Collaborate with Growth and content teams to turn these into pipeline-driving programs.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Field & Enablement: Craft "better together" messaging with key partners like NVIDIA, SAP, and Dell, and enable the field with pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, and prospecting templates that resonate with both technical and executive buyers.

  • Write It. Build It. Launch It. This is a Full-Stack PMM: This is a full-stack role, meaning you will both create the strategy and build the materials needed to execute it. You will own the full marketing cycle, including measuring performance and iterating on the strategy for continuous improvement.

  • Craft Magnetic Messaging and be the Authority: You love to dive into the technical and know the art of translating that into a into distinct and compelling market messaging for digital programs, sales engagements, and executive events.

  • Build the Content Portfolio: Deliver high-impact assets from landing pages and live demo flows to executive decks, articles, ebooks, and videos working across PMM, content, and ABM teams to activate the message across the funnel.

What You Bring

We are looking for a product marketing leader who is passionate about translating complex agentic AI capabilities into clear, motivating market narratives.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the data and analytics space. Ideally, looking for someone with core product marketing experience for an enterprise platform or a technical, B2B software product, bonus points for those with exposure to LLMs, generative AI, or agent frameworks.

  • You love creating unique value propositions and presentations and can articulate a compelling product-centric story that drives platform adoption for AI agent development, essentially you’re fluent in positioning, not just features

  • You know how to build strong relationships across internal functions—including Product Management, Sales, and Engineering—to drive successful product launches and GTM execution.

  • A strong portfolio of impactful marketing content and sales enablement materials.

  • Experience working closely with Product Management on launch motions and the overall product roadmap.

  • Ability to conduct customer and market research to understand AI Leader and ML Practitioner needs, specifically around the adoption and governance of agentic systems, helping to inform content development and enablement strategy.

  • High-level of comfort in a startup-like environment; you must be able to drive forward, create content, and build GTM strategies with minimal guidance.

Why Join Us

This is your shot to help define the Agentic AI category and shape how enterprise teams build with intelligence at the core.

You’ll work at the intersection of technical product depth and creative storytelling, with the freedom to ship fast, speak boldly, and partner with the best in the business (from NVIDIA to SAP to some of the most forward-thinking customers in the world). You’ll be part of a small, scrappy, highly visible team building not just messaging but a motion across the org.

If you’ve been waiting for a role where you can do the best product marketing work of your career, in the most exciting space in tech, this is it.
